We follow core principles of growth marketing: maximum visibility with minimal resources. And incorporate design thinking and service design methods in co-designing experiences for your employees and potential candidates.
Along with hands-on EB work, you’ll get someone who can take your EB strategy to the next level. Together you will make sure the focus is on the right activities, and that they’re executed in a systematic, data-driven way with the customer (employee & candidate) experience at the core.
Hourly work, duration and scope agreed based on your need – minimum 6 months, up to year on year collaboration.
