This year has been a tough one for everybody. For us it is important to take care of our employees and colleagues wellbeing at work be it in the office or at home – and always with a little sprinkle of fun!
One thing that has helped our growing team (from 7 to 14 in 2020!) stay connected, refreshed and active, even while working from home, is Cuckoo Workout. Cuckoo Workout is an easy-to-use break exercise app that activates employees to get up and move in a fun way. It reminds those who sit at work to take breaks from the screen and get physically active.
We want to bring some light to darkness!💡
It really keeps us in great spirits during the week! That’s why wanted to share some of that joy with our friends, customers and followers. So, in collaboration with Cuckoo Workout we decided to do our own Holiday workout video!
As we can’t meet people at the moment, this is our way to share some fun and positivity with everyone working at home. It’s also a great way to stay sane and healthy during this dark time of year, or just have a little healthy competition with your colleagues! 😉
The workouts only take 2-3 minutes, so it’s pretty low threshold and easy to do between meetings.
Our workout moves were created together and inspired by ice hockey, the traditional Finnish Christmas song “Tonttujen Yö” (The Elves’ Night) a.k.a. the “TipTap” song, as well as, opening presents! 🏒🕺🎁 Our team had a great time making it, so we hope it brings a smile to your face and gets you active!🤩

Some of our best practices when using Cuckoo Workout:
💡 Do a workout at the beginning, middle or end of a meeting (turn on your video to make it more fun). This way it is also social as everyone can take part! And it can give a needed break in between a long workshop.
💡 Have a daily team workout – we have ours at 14:00 every day!
