My core specialties are working on talent attraction & retention, employee life cycle, employee satisfaction, and macro employer branding. Strong advocate of diversity and inclusion, I spent the last seven years challenging the Finnish infrastructures to develop better talent attraction & retention strategies and support the making of Finland a more diverse and inclusive place to live, work and grow as individuals!
I am a Québécoise, originally from Montréal, and to my own surprise, I adopted the Finnish citizenship along the way of my ten years living in the beauties of Finland! I am a sister, a spouse, a mother, a speaker, and a podcast creator. I am passionate and a positive enthusiast, and I always have an anecdote from my travels to share with the ears ready to listen! In my free time, I enjoy sports of all kinds, such as running, swimming, cross-country skiing, snowboarding, CrossFit, and so on! In addition, I have a little penchant for extreme sports, such as skydiving, scuba diving, and paragliding.
I like to think that life is a story, so you better fill it with opportunities, excitement, and inspiring people! This is what led me to choose Finders Seekers as my next employer!
One month has passed since my first day, and it has gone in a glimpse of time as it seems Finders Seekers is a place where time doesn’t really exist. My expertise in employee experience building, engaging people programs (Ambassador, Spouse integration), recruitment process design, candidate experience, and event management come to good use in my position as a Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding Specialist. My passion for storytelling and writing also comes hand in hand with my copywriting duties! Finders Seekers is always on the lookout for process creation & improvement, and my background in Human Resources supports this vital journey of a growth company.

Firstly, it is essential to mention that my first month completely exceeded my expectations! First impressions are always crucial, as it is the foundation of building a sense of belonging, which turns out to be an embedded value in the daily practice of Finders Seekers. 🤗
My Personal Thoughts on FiSe's Company Culture
🥰 People make friends at work! I have never experienced such a great caring environment! At FiSe, you can tell that we are great friends working together before all!
🤝 People have a high level of trust. At FiSe, you are a trusted professional, and I was given my first customer case on day 3!
🎉 People celebrate each other’s wins! So not only did we have desiccated #slack channels to celebrate each other’s success, big and small, but in my first weeks, I was also able to participate in different celebrations such as birthdays and FISe anniversary parties! Way to go!
👨👩👧👧 People feel a sense of team efforts! This is what strikes me the most from FiSe. Teams are built on everyone’s strengths and focused on team efforts.
💕 People feel comfortable asking for help. Asking for help is not a weakness but a strength. I never got a cold shoulder when asking for help. I feel I can ask anything and everything from all the team members!
🗣️ People can express their honest opinion. Transparency and openness are tangible in the office as well as online. All the available mediums and untold behaviors make you feel welcome and even recommended to share your opinion and challenge the existing processes and ways of working!
💡 People have the room to try new things and be bold. I already have mentioned fields and areas I would like to be involved in, and it was welcomed with open arms.
All in all, I am excited to be part of the Finders Seekers’ growth journey and work with pioneers in the field of Employer Branding in Finland!
