Love & Leadership
๐Many leadership talks were about psychological safety, compassion, cultural awareness and so-called โsoft topicsโ.
๐All of them had the same message, lead people well and they will commit in making the company successful.ย I learned a lot about how changing my own worldview to think positively about people I can start a positive change in my own every day mentality and also built success in my career, Homo Puppy for the win!
๐Focus on talent and how to make sure companies attract, hire and retain the right talent was part of many of the keynotes. Especially in the first discussion by Miki and Kristel.
๐ “Have you read the air?” Everybody who attended NBF talk about cultural differences in communication.

๐ก How do we ensure we recruit the right people who feel part of the joint purpose of the company?
