Arctic Security is a young, exciting, and disruptive cybersecurity company. We help companies and organizations reduce their cybersecurity risk by alerting them to cyber issues they did not know about. We are based in Oulu Finland with offices in Helsinki and Singapore and customers in Europe, Asia, and North America. Recently we launched a new Security as a Service offering called EWS (Early Warning Service) and are looking for a Chief Revenue Officer to help us accelerate growth.
In this role you will run the sales team currently consisting of 3 people and work to build up the MMR and bring in new customers along with managing the marketing activities and increasing the amount of inbound leads. The position is in the management team and will work with the other members on the strategic development of the company.

- Led growth at an early stage enterprise Something as a Service company in the B2B space
- Experience in building and running channel sales
- Experience in the global market
- Experience in running and managing sales teams
- Extensive marketing and lead gen experience
- Excellent English skills
- Good written communication skills
The company has many remote employees and is looking for someone in Europe who can work from home and be able to occasionally travel once the pandemic is over.
