Magnet Awards Finland 2023 finalist, Minea Leva, in the race for EB Professional of the Year
Minea Leva, Employer Branding Growth Specialist & Partner at Finders Seekers, is a finalist for the Employer Branding Professional of the Year in Magnet Awards Finland 2023.

In 2022, Minea led some of our key employer branding collaborations and worked with ten clients in the technology industry over the year.
Her work involved data-driven growth marketing activities with the clients. The focus has been on employer branding marketing strategies and concepts, content creation, events and career sites, as well as EB data goal setting, analytics, and creating data dashboards. She also contributes to building EB strategy and roadmaps and facilitating EVP and talent persona workshops.
Some of Minea’s quantifiable accomplishments in 2022 include increasing a global company’s career page views by over 38% to 650k annual unique career page views driven by organic and paid social media activities across North America, Europe, the Middle-East, Asia, and Australia.
