When you need to fill 1-3 key roles for your team/business, direct search is the right service.
We’ll find you a Senior Developer, a Cloud Advisor, a Security Engineer, Lawyer, Account Executive or a needle in the haystack if that’s what you need. We take great pride in our candidate experience and make sure your brand is well presented. We’re happy to take on the challenge of headhunting, so you don’t have to.
Embedded Recruitment
A one-stop-shop for all your recruitment needs – embedded into your own team.
Finding, attracting, and hiring the right talent is always at the core of what we do. But on top of that, we will design a value-adding recruitment process, bring meaningful data and talent market insight to the table, and help you build a sustainable talent strategy.
TA Buddy
When you feel left alone with TA topics or would like to have someone to spar with, our TA Buddy service is a match!
In 1-on-1 mentoring sessions with our experienced Tech Talent Advisor you will identify together what topics you need support with (e.g. creating a recruitment strategy, drafting a recruitment process, basics of tech recruitment).
Typically there will be five 1.5h sparring sessions.
TA Trainings
When your TA team, hiring managers, or HR colleagues need to upgrade their recruitment skills, our trainings are the solution.
We organize trainings both remotely and F2F. The content and length will be tailored to your needs.
